劇情簡介 Synopsis

《大清鹽商》將以揚州爲背景，描述乾隆時期揚州幾個鹽商大家族在生活、經商過程中爾虞我詐的爭鬥和悲歡離合的心酸。該劇將通過描繪揚州鹽業的興起、發展、繁榮和衰落，描繪揚州鹽商與經濟、園林、“八怪”文人、民俗風情、飲食文化等方方面面的關係，展示歷史上揚州的繁華。

This title is about a Salt Merchant’s life in the Qing Dynasty.  As salt is considered as a necessity by that time, a salt merchant can be a wealthy class in the society.  This drama presents the prosperous and decline of the family and also the industry.
