劇情簡介 Synopsis

仁華是江城最大的三甲醫院，實習醫生們受到了以周明為首的導師們“慘無人道”的考驗和訓練，末位元淘汰制的陰影始終盤旋在他們心頭，無處不在的激烈競爭時刻挑戰著他們體力、智力和意志力，也考驗著他們的友情、愛情、和對從醫理想的執著。 實習醫生葉春萌刻苦要強又頗具天分，連魔鬼導師周明都對她暗自器重，而她卻長期被來自小城貧困家庭的自卑困擾，成功留院曾一度是她唯一的人生目標。為此，面對陳曦和白曉菁的優越身世她敏感過，面對能讓她少奮鬥十年的誘惑她動搖過，面對和導師周明間障礙重重的愛情她猶豫過。但最終還是在周明的感召下，在醫治病患的實戰中，她重新找到了自我，發現了從醫的快樂與意義，也覺悟了幸福的真諦。
