The New Dragon Gate Inn

The series "The New Dragon Gate Inn" is a prequel to the classic film “Dragon Inn”.

Set in the late Ming Dynasty, during a time of eunuch power, the story follows Zhou Huai'an (played by Kyle Ma), Jin Xiangyu (played by Qi Wei), and Qiu Moyan (played by Shen Meng Chen) as they protect the loyal young prince Ying Guanzhen (played by Liu Yaoyuan) from treacherous officials and work to restore order to the country.
