1,400 years ago when wars happened everywhere in the land, under the leadership of the masterful General – Lan Ling Wang, Northern Qi was protected from the chaos in the state.

During one of the wars with Northern Zhao, Lan Ling Wang and Emperor of Northern Zhao intruded a hidden village and met Yang Xue Wu. Yang fell in love with the General but the Emperor did all he can to separate them because he needs Yang’s help in conquering the states…. On the other hand, prince of Northern Qi – Gao Wei was jealous of the rise of Lan Ling Wang and saw him as a threat. When quarreling with his father, Gao killed the King and so he succeeded the throne. Since then, he made different attempts to weaken Lan Ling Wang and Yang… Encountering threats from Northern Zhao and his own King, can the General be loyal to his King and lover as before?
